Recruiting the best talent for our business is a huge undertaking and we can't do it alone. We often need specialist, external support. We are happy to partner with trusted recruiters to reach diverse candidates. When we do, we consider their work as pivotal to our success.
That said, there are a great many recruiters, candidates and positions. To make sure we’re working with the right partners, and that our candidates get the treatment they deserve, we have a few rules of engagement.
We ask that you read and understand the below before sending through any CVs, and know that we may redirect you to this posting. We get a lot of agencies who are keen to partner with us, and the following information is really important to making sure we work well together.
We love hearing about candidates who may be perfect for one of our roles. But each role advertised generates a lot of inbound communications, much of which adds no value. It's often the case that we have been recruiting for a role for a while by the time you’ve spotted the opening.
