Lumino develops digital therapeutics that unite clinical rigour with engaging user experiences.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: for better care, for all.
By designing clinically sound digital interventions that are also intuitive and accessible, Lumino is reshaping how healthcare can be delivered at scale.
Founded in 2020, Lumino emerged from a clear opportunity: most digital health interventions were either clinically robust but poor to use, or delightful to use but lacking clinical integrity.

We bring these worlds together — creating digital therapeutics that healthcare professionals trust and that people genuinely want to use.
At Lumino, we combine:
This integrated approach allows us to create digital therapeutics that are both clinically credible and deeply engaging, making effective care scalable and accessible to millions.
Our first product, Seren, is a CBT-based digital therapeutic designed to support women experiencing symptoms of menopause.
Built on a proprietary digital CBT protocol, Seren combines structured psychological tools, behavioural design, and accessible multimedia content to support emotional wellbeing and self-management.
Seren is progressing from NHS pilot to national adoption, with support from NIHR and Innovate UK, representing a model for how digital therapeutics can expand access to evidence-based care.
